Dr Kevin O’Boyle B.Dent Sc. (Univ of Dublin), M.S. (Univ of Texas) F.F.D. (RCSIreland), graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1991 having been made a Scholar of the College in 1989 and was awarded the Gold Medal for Academic excellence by the Board of the College for the Final Examination. He received an education scholarship from the American Dental Society of Europe. He went to the University of Texas Health Sciences Centre at San Antonio to study Prosthodontics and achieved his M.S. (Prosth) in 1997. While in San Antonio he won the Stanley D. Tylman award from the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics for his Research. On his return to Ireland he completed his Fellowship of the Faculty of Dentistry (Prosthodontics) at the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin. He has given over 60 lectures and courses in Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry as well as being a Co-author of the original syllabus for the Graduate Prosthodontics courses in the Dublin Dental Hospital. He currently is in Private Practice in Dublin, Ireland and is an Examiner in F.F.D.(pros) examinations at the Royal College of Surgeons
