Mr. Aboelmagd is an Honorary Senior Lecturer for the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and works as a Consultant Urologist at Beaumont Hospital as well as at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda.
Mr. Mohammed Aboelmagd has undergone extensive training and obtained multiple certifications throughout his career. He completed structured training at Al Haram Tertiary Urology Research and Training Centre in Urology and Renal Transplant in Egypt. He holds the MRCS (Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons) and is certified by both the Egyptian Board of Urology and the Arab Board of Urology. In Ireland, he completed higher urology training, which is equivalent to the urology higher specialist training (ISCP). In 2018, he further demonstrated his expertise by passing the FRCS (Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons) examination. These achievements underscore his dedication to his field and his commitment to providing the highest level of care in urology. Additionally, he is certified with exit exams from three medical training systems (Irish/UK, Egyptian, and Arab boards).
Mr. Aboelmagd has a strong academic background with multiple peer-reviewed publications and numerous presentations at national and international conferences. He is an active member of the Irish Society of Urology and the American Urological Association.
