Prof. Nagaria obtained his neurosurgical training in Ireland. He worked in the neurosurgical units in Belfast, Cork and Dublin and obtained his fellowship in the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham.He also served as Consultant Neurosurgeon in the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast.
Prof Nagaria obtained his medical qualification from the University of Karachi. He passed his FRCS( Ireland) in 1993. He also obtained his FRCS in Neurosurgery in 2004. In addition he is ATLS qualified and has a Fellowship in Sports Medicine( FFSEM).
Prof Nagaria has published extensively on outcome measures in Neurosurgery. He has published on Head injury, Spinal injury, Brain Tumours and Subarachnoid haemorrhage outcomes. He has also published on outcomes of patients undergoing C1/C2 fixation.
Prof Nagaria obtained his Spine Fellowship from the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham.
