Sarah completed her degree in Physiotherapy at University College Dublin in 2013. After qualification, she spent time working in the acute hospital setting in Singapore, completing rotations in geriatrics, ICU and sports medicine before moving on to work in private practice in Melbourne, Australia. Upon returning to home to Ireland, Sarah completed a Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine from University Ulster in 2021, graduating with 1st class honours.
She has a special interest in the rehabilitation of sports and musculoskeletal injuries through education, pain management and exercise. Her main clinical areas of interest include hip and knee rehabilitation. Sarah has worked with club and state level hockey teams in Melbourne and was head physiotherapist with Monkstown Rugby Club from 2019-2022. She has completed post graduate courses in dry needling, pilates (APPI and DMA certified), strength and conditioning (Australian Strength and Conditioning Association Level 1 Coach), spinal physiotherapy and sports trauma.
